Gluten-Free Info
ALL of our meat products are completely Gluten-Free, with the EXCEPTION of the following few items:
- Frikadellen (German hamburger patties) have BREAD CRUMBS.
- Barley Gritz (also called Getta or Scrapple) has BARLEY.
- Blood Sausage (in any of the 3 forms, including Blood & Tongue) has BARLEY, (although RICE - not a gluten is sometimes used instead).
Besides the items listed above, all of our other sausages, lunchmeats, bacon, and other meat products are Gluten-Free.
