Ham Warming Instructions

To warm one of our fully cooked, skinless, double-smoked bone-in hams or part of a ham, with a nice smoky flavor, juicy, and NOT salty tasting:  Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.  Wrap ham in aluminum foil, put in shallow 9x13 baking pan, put small pan of water on rack underneath to keep extra moisture in oven, & WARM for 12 to 15 minutes per pound.  Usually weight of ham is written on white butcher paper or brown bag.  NO basting required.  If you want the outside a little crispy, you can open just the top of the foil the last 30 to 45 minutes of warming time.

MUST REMAIN REFRIGERATED BEFORE WARMING, AND ANY LEFTOVERS AFTER COOLED DOWN MUST BE REFRIGERATED.
